Loop Fair 2025. Nov. 18 – 20

Like for every edition until now, the 23rd edition of Loop Fair aims to keep track of the latest trends in artists’ cinema through a carefully curated selection of films. In contrast to the pace of other art fairs, Loop creates a calm space where each gallery presents a single artist’s film, screened in a darkened hotel room that becomes a space-time capsule for visitors, surrounded by professionals, collectors, artists, and gallerists.

Starting in 2024, the presence of Loop Symposium the panel program held during Loop Fair at the same venue turns the fair into a cultural hub, hosting key figures of the international artists’ cinema scene for three days.

In 2025, the fair will bring together 40 local and international galleries and their artists, combining the participation of established participants with new additions. As an unconventional art fair, Loop offers once again a curated and contemplative experience, dedicated to representing the range of contemporary artists working with film today.

Jury

Each year, Loop Fair recognizes and awards the most outstanding proposals from among all the works displayed. These awards are granted by an independent jury, aimed at highlighting the excellence of key figures in the sector: the artists and their works, alongside the gallery owners, whose contribution is also considered essential for the advancement of this field.   Two films will be rewarded with the Loop Fair Award, and the Loop Fair Acquisition Award.
